Our history

Keyrus, founded in 1996, is an international consulting and technology group specializing in data, Al, and digital experience with over 3,200 experts in 28 countries. Upquest was founded in Belgium by experienced consultants with a strong track record in managing complex business transformations, particularly in the financial services sector. In 2025, Keyrus acquired a majority stake in Upquest to create Keyrus Business Transformation (KBT), combining Upquest’s deep expertise in strategic deployment, operating model design, and program management with Keyrus’s global technology and data capabilities.

This partnership brings together experts dedicated to helping clients define strategic priorities and deliver them effectively with robust technology solutions. Together, we support organizations facing regulatory pressures, evolving customer expectations, and the opportunities of Al and data-driven decision-making, offering local presence in Belgium with global reach to ensure successful, technology enabled transformations in a fast-changing world.
