“Smart” project management in close collaboration with the CapitalatWork Project Manager:
Implement PMO tools & procedures and operate monitoring & controls tasks;
Ensure transversal coordination between the different work streams and anticipate and approach adequately issues and pain points;
Challenge the status-quo in the solution design and on to-be processes design in order to become more efficient (lean) and more according to best practices.
Formalize and document business requirements when required: dive into the details of some work streams/topics when needed in order to bring either business expertise, to help catch-up on planning

- “Smart” project management in close collaboration with the CapitalatWork Project Manager:
- Implement PMO tools & procedures and operate monitoring & controls tasks;
- Ensure transversal coordination between the different work streams and anticipate and approach adequately issues and pain points;
- Challenge the status-quo in the solution design and on to-be processes design in order to become more efficient (lean) and more according to best practices.
